 Are you looking to have a spooky fun time this Halloween? Look no further than Downtown Statesville! Enjoy learning the haunted history of Downtown Statesville on the Haunted Statesville Walking Ghost Tour, sport your best costume at the many Downtown Halloween parties, and bring the whole family out for the exciting annual Downtown Trick or Treating! From children to adults, there are events all week long for everyone to enjoy! Check out these bewitching happenings in Downtown Statesville: 

Friday, October 25, 2019:


  • Spooktacular Halloween Party at Iredell Museums

    • Enjoy a Halloween party to benefit Iredell Museums and celebrate this spooky holiday! There will be a costume contest, haunted artifacts, tarot readers, ghost stories, and more. Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for kids. 



  • Haunted Statesville Ghost Tours Starting at Statesville City Hall 

    • Get your tickets before they sell out! Step beyond the beauty of Statesville’s historic Downtown and discover its true haunted history-where tales of spirits, scary creatures, mysterious deaths, and creepy alleys become real! Tours depart every half hour. Tickets cost $10 per person, advance tickets are required. 



  • Special Needs Night Out at The Yoga Loft

    • Enjoy themed crafts, snacks and beverages while watching the Halloween classic, ‘Hocus Pocus’! Parents and caregivers can choose to stay or drop them off and have their own night out! Wear your favorite pajamas and bring your own pillow / blanket / comfort item if you would like! The cost is $10 per child and $5 per additional sibling. Caregivers are admitted for free! 




Saturday, October 26, 2019: 

  • Halloween Bash at D’Laney’s Sports Bar & Grill

    • It’s time to put on your costumes and party! Join D’Laney’s for their annual Halloween Bash where they will have three different categories of costume contests, live music with The Peculiars and The Broad Pickups, great specials AND giveaways!   



  • Haunted Statesville Ghost Tours Starting at Statesville City Hall 

    • Get your tickets before they sell out! Step beyond the beauty of Statesville’s historic Downtown and discover its true haunted history-where tales of spirits, scary creatures, mysterious deaths, and creepy alleys become real!   • Wizardly World of Potions and Brews at The Yoga Loft

    • This is for all muggle friends wanting to live a healthy toxin-free life filled with safe and amazing magic potions and brews. The Yoga Loft will have recipes using essential oils and you will get a roller bottle to take with your own “potion”. RSVP is required. 




Tuesday, October 29, 2019:

  • Halloween Kids Night at The Yoga Loft

    • Make Halloween themed crafts, snacks and beverages while watching a Halloween classic, ‘Hocus Pocus’! Parents and caregivers can have a fun evening out with the kids. (No drop-offs) Wear your favorite pair of pajamas and bring your own pillow / blanket/ comfort item if you would like! The cost is $10 per child and $5 per additional sibling.

    • Try not to get too scared as you walk through YIPE’s first ever haunted office! This event is best suited for those 10 years and older. Proceeds will go to support the Young Individuals Pursuing Employment (YIPE). The cost is $5 per person.

  • Halloween Bash at Fourth Creek Brewing Co

    • Get ready for a night of tricks and most definitely treats this Halloween at Fourth Creek Brewing Co. It will be open mic and karaoke night, with a costume contest, photo booth and more!  



  • Halloween Party at Red Buffalo Brewing Co. 

    • Don’t miss Red Buffalo Brewing Co’s Halloween Party! Featuring live music from Holt Up & Friends, a costume contest, giveaways and bobbing for beer! 



  • Haunted Office at YIPE 

    • Try not to get too scared as you walk through YIPE’s first ever haunted office! This event is best suited for those 10 years and older. Proceeds will go to support the Young Individuals Pursuing Employment (YIPE). The cost is $5 per person. 



  • The Haunted Sharpe House: 

    • Visit if you dare! The Sharpe House will be transformed into a mini haunted house to celebrate the ghosts that still reside there during Downtown Trick or Treat



  • Halloween Party at Risto’s Place Food & Spirits

    • Listen to a showcase of the Best of Open Mic Night! Featuring favorites like Alex Serrano, Isaac Hickerson, Brandi Johnson, and more! Come dressed in your best costume for your chance at winning the Best Halloween Costume Contest EVER. It’s sure to be a great night filled with wonderful music and fun!

  • Downtown Trick or Treating in Downtown Statesville

    • *** Given the forecast for possible severe weather on Thursday afternoon and evening, we have rescheduled Thursday’s (tonight) Trick or Treat Event in Downtown Statesville for Friday night (tomorrow 11/01) from 4-6 p.m. This special event is sponsored by Downtown Statesville Development Corporation and hosted by individual participating businesses throughout downtown. Tours depart at 5:30pm and 6pm. Tickets cost $10 per person. Advance tickets are required and space is limited.
